Thank you for coming back to my second insurance segment. I hope most of you are still as excited as I am to dive into some details with today’s topic – Commercial Insurance 101. In this article, we will briefly go through the different types of insurance available for small businesses and hopefully continue to buff out that insurance haze. We won’t dive too deep into all of these right away. In future articles, we will feature more specific coverages as it may relate to the auto detailing industry.
So here are the major players. Of course, we’re missing some, but let’s not overwhelm anybody. If you want more knowledge, you can always reach out to my Facebook page at the bottom of this article!
- Liability
- Property
- Workers’ Compensation
- Umbrella
- Employee Benefits
Liability
Hopefully most of you are familiar with this concept. Simply put, do something negligent and you can be held accountable. Get a liability insurance policy, and it may help protect you and cover the expenses of a lawsuit or a settlement demand.
Liability policies are meant to cover the day-to-day liability of running your business. This may include somebody being injured on your property, damaging somebody else’s property, somebody accusing you of false advertising (advertising injury), accusations of defamation, product liability, and completed operations liability.
Medical payment coverage is sometimes offered in a commercial liability policy. Think of this as an act of good will towards somebody that was injured on your property. Your policy may have a small amount of medical payments coverage to cover the injured person’s medical treatment. This hopefully will prevent them from filing a lawsuit for any further damages such as pain and suffering.
**Stay tuned for next time when we do a well-rounded review about the coverages that apply to the auto industry more specifically and additional coverages such as auto liability, garage keepers’ coverage, and more. **
All of these coverages make up a Commercial General Liability policy as a whole. Without this coverage, any business and business owner may be risking paying out of pocket expenses if something simply doesn’t go as planned. I’ve heard in my career a few times, “I don’t need liability, I’m very careful and don’t do anything negligent.” Most people don’t do negligent things on purpose, but life happens. The premium on these policies is typically determined by your gross sales, so if you are a small shop, you won’t pay the same as the bigger shops.
Property
This one is a bit simpler – you can insure your stuff in case it gets damaged, stolen, etc. If you own your building, you can insure the building. If you are renting, you will only insure the things you own inside the building. You have a deductible per claim. Typically, the insurance company will require you to insure your property within a certain percentage of it’s value and if you don’t, come claim time, your claim payment could be deducted by a pro-rated amount—co-insurance penalty.
Property insurance, typically speaking, is a get what you pay for type policy. The key is to be educated on what your policy covers and excludes before a claim happens. If there is a claim that isn’t covered, it is not fun to have that come as a surprise. Be sure to go through your policy with your agent in detail. And keep in mind that sometimes saving money now can cost a lot of money later. When comparing quotes, don’t just look at the bottom line. Ask your agent for ways you can save money without necessarily sacrificing coverage, such as increasing your deductible.
Workers’ Compensation
AKA Work Comp – In the event that you have employees you must have a work comp policy. Your policy premium is determined by your total payroll. At the end of the year, the insurance company will do an audit to make sure you didn’t pay too much or didn’t pay enough.
You may have sub-contractors or 1099 employees that are typically exempt, however, come claim or audit time, they still may be considered an employee. You want to make sure you are covered, therefore consulting with an attorney, accountant, and insurance agent to make sure you have the best policy for your business is vital.
Owners can typically exclude themselves. Many owners that have health insurance will choose to exclude themselves to lower the premium on their work comp policy. Talk to your agent to discuss this option and confirm that this is the right decision for you and your business.
Umbrella
Umbrella policies do just like they sound, they protect you like an umbrella, going on top of your other policies and giving you extra coverage. There are a few general things to note about umbrella policies:
- Umbrella coverage is liability only – meaning it does not provide extra coverage for property that you had underinsured.
- Umbrella policies typically exclude coverage for anything that was excluded in your underlying policies.
- Umbrella policies will typically not provide coverage for items for which had no underlying coverage, for example, you had a boat but didn’t have it insured, subsequently causing an accident.
Employee Benefits
The list of employee benefits can be quite long. We will be discussing several of these in future articles. Look forward to hearing a little bit about the following:
- Medical Insurance
- Accident/Cancer/Hospital Indemnity Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Disability Insurance
I know we covered a lot today, but we will discuss much of this in more detail as it pertains to your business coming up in the next few weeks. If you have any questions you want answered directly, please visit my page on Facebook and post them! Be sure to follow me while you are there as well! You can find me at @CYAbyRae. Until next time, keep buffing!

WHAT IS THE MAILING OF SITES BY FEEDBACK FORMS?
This is a type of mailing using the contact forms that are located in the feedback section of the website and filled by our programme in a preset mode with a rate of a few thousand feedback forms per one minute, while the alphabetic and numeric code from the pictures (captcha) is also solved.
After that, the letters including your commercial offers are sent to the electronic addresses of businesses.
When sending mailing by contact contact forms, it turns out that each site sends an e-mail “to itself” and, therefore, all letters arrive in the inbox of the exact e-mail in which the business is ready to receive the business information.
Unique Trade Offer:
Fast one hundred % informing of businesses and internet resource owners about new cooperation offers.
Search of new customers that other types of advertisements cannot find.
AIM:
Finding new customers that cannot be found through other advertisements.
Benefits:
1.100-percent delivery of cooperation letters.
2.Expansion of the client database.
3. Increase of the your market share.
4.Mailings based on regionality and topics.
5. Sending information to directors.
6. Conducting tenders.
7. Conducting marketing campaigns.
8. Conducting surveys and studying public opinion.
9. Notification speed.
10. Cost.
11. Entering the international markets.
Competitive advantages:
1.When sending mailing by contact forms, all letters arrive in the inbox folder. When sending e-mail newsletters, this can reach up to 5 percent.
2.When sending mailing by feedback forms it is possible to send a few million messages per 24 hours to inboxes. When sending e-newsletters a few thousands arrive in the inboxes, the remaining ones often either are not delivered or fill the spam.
3. When sending mailing by contact forms an e-mail does not get blocked by mails because it is sent from different sites. When sending mass e-mails it is possible to send a few thousands of those but nevertheless all the IP addresses from which the mailing is done will be banned.
4. When sending mailing by feedback forms the minimum of macro-synonims is used to form headings and text of the letter. When sending e-mail newsletters, it is necessary to use synonyms («macros») for each word and create thousands different headings.
5. Many companies deliberatelly hide their email and only leave a contact form for contacting with them.
6. When sending e-mail newsletters, your business offer is delivered to every employee of the organisation, (which causes discontent) compared to mailing by feedback forms where the message is received at the electronic address specifically set up for business offers.
7.Fifty % of business electronic addresses are placed on free e-mail servers, they are poorly “searchable” by e-mail address, but when sending mailing by feedback forms through these e-mail servers, all letters are hundred % delivered to the recipients.
8. Only thirty-forty percent of organisations get into the directories within several years, and all the rest are already placed in our VOIS databases and are waiting for your business offers.
It turns out that that emails of firms from directories are full of spam, which means that they will not have such monetisation as when sending mailing by feedback forms using our always new WHOIS databases.
9. Any kind of stop words in the headings or body of the letter can be sent through forms. When sending e-newsletters, such letters either do not reach the recipient or end up in a spam folder.
The list of stop words of mail systems includes almost all words and phrases that encourage recipients to take actions.
Application:
1. Increasing the customer base.
2. Quick informing of marketplaces about new cooperation offers.
3. Reaching out company officials.
4.Supply.
5. Conducting tenders.
6.Conducting marketing campaigns.
7.Conducting surveys and studying public opinion.
8. Searching for customers in other countries.

1. 100% delivery of your letters and cooperation offers to millions of firms all over the globe.
Every website sends a e-mail to itself so all filters of mail systems are bypassed.
2.Mailing by contact forms is an ideal way in for conducting various researches of marketing, surveys and studies of social opinion on anydirection and type of activity.
When sending mailing by feedback forms, you will will be absolutely sure that your letter has been delivered to 100-percent of consumers of your service and product and if a product or service is “badly promoted”, then the potential problem lies in in something else, for example in prices.
At the same time, within 1 week you will see real demand for your products and services, you will not need to spend funds on renting premises and other more expensive and time-consuming marketing events.
3.Mailing by contact forms is the most economical and quickest way to get your product or service to the international markets.
4. Mailing by feedback forms is an excellent tool for conducting different tenders.
5.Monthly update of the database, as more than one hundred and fifty thousand new sites, appear all over the globe daily, and you, get new potential customers.
6. Full geographical scope for all states of the globe.
7. We offer customers that you will not find through other types of advertisement.
When sending mailing by feedback forms, you will be able to reach out that part of your clientele, that is impossible to “break through” automatically in any other way.
For instance, you will be able to send a business offer to those potential customers that were earlier out of reach due to mail filters while sending e-mail newsletters.
In the markets, there is a paradoxical situation: companies that got into the directories are literally spammed with all sorts of offers while very little or no e-mails are sent to the remaining ones.
8. Unique technology of unraveling the captcha.
There are services for decoding numeric and alphabetic code (captcha/CAPTCHA). It costs a dollar to solve thousand CAPTCHAs.
It turns out that, processing one million sites the robot solves 1 million CAPTCHAs, which costs thousand dollars only to unravel captcha/CAPTCHA, and we provide this free of charge for you!
9. By ordering mailing by feedback forms, you are promoting your product or service not to separate individuals, but to entire collectives, for instance domain zone .com, where more than one hundred and fifty million commercial companies from all countries are accumulated (we have samples of them from all international zones for every country).
10. Mailing by contact forms is also a subtype of SMS mailing
Mailbox that is linked to the contact form is the primary email of organisations through which orders and cooperation offers are sent. This e-mail is also set up for cell phones as it is necessary to respond to the information fast so as not to lose the order or the relevance of the business offer.
11. The base of countries also includes all joint organisations from all over the world working with or closely related to this country, for instance, national communities and diasporas.
Sanctions of mail systems and search engines?
These mailings are an alternative to sending e-newsletters, therefore search engine sanctions and “Ban” do not apply to them.
Mail delivers the data of messages to the inbox folder, as it bypasses through the “warm communication channel” from the new IP address of the site to the corporate e-mail address of the same internet resource.
In simple language, these mailings “live in letters” and mail filters do not respond to them, because mail systems have great trust in communication channels between websites and corporate e-mail addresses.
